Inclusion Criteria
1. Kidney transplant recipients at Chiang Mai University Hospital between January 2014 and May 2019.
2. Age of 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosis of impaired fasting plasma glucose or diabetes mellitus before kidney transplantation according to American Diabetic Association guideline
2. Patients who was diagnosed Post-transplant diabetes or impaired fasting plasma glucose within the 1st month after transplantation
3. Graft lost within the first 6 months after transplantation
