入选标准
- •1. DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for mood disorder due to general medical condition (Stroke) with depressive features (293.3).
- •2. Age groups 30 - 70 years of either Sex, No discrimination of race, religion.
- •3. Patients within a period of 2 weeks to 5 years after Stroke.
- •DSM-IV-TR
排除标准
- •1. Patients with history of hereditary or previous mental disorders.
- •2. Unconscious & coma patients.
- •3. Intracranial infections such as meningitis.
- •4. Space occupying lesions of brain such as tumors .
- •5. Stroke due to RTA, Traumas.
- •6. Congenital defects diffuse sclerosis, cerebral agenesis, etc & other major illness
- •7. Events promoting depression other than the impact of stroke.
