Inclusion Criteria
Birth weight between 2500 to 4000 g
Exclusive breastfeeding
Gestational age between 38 to 41 weeks
Infantile age>24 hours
Total Bilirubin = 14 to 20 mg/dl
Direct Bilirubin > 2 mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
Infants with ABO and RH incompatibility
Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PD)
Direct hyperbilirubinemia
septicemia
Diseases caused by hyperbilirubinemia (Crigler-Najjar Syndrome, Gilbert syndrome, hypothyroidism / hyperthyroidism, liver diseases)
Diabetic mothers infants
