Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients posted for elective orthopaedic surgery of the upper arm forearm and hand.
2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal.
2.Allergy to local anaesthetics or study drugs
3.All Patients with pre existing diabetes mellitus
4.pre-existing neuropathy involving the surgical limb
5.patients on corticosteriods
