Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18 â?? 60 years.
2. ASA I to II
3. Patient undergoing surgery under
supraclavicular block
4. BMI -18.5 to 25
5. Weight 50 â?? 80 kg
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Any bleeding disorder and patient on
anticoagulants
3. Severe respiratory disease
4. Neurological deficit involving brachial
plexus
5. Local infection at the injection site
6. Allergy to study drugs
7. History of peptic ulcer disease, diabetes
mellitus, hepatic or renal failure
(contraindication to steroids)
8. Pregnant women
