入选标准
- •All consenting adult patients presenting to CMCH Vellore General Medicine OPD with class II obesity defined as BMI greater than 30kg per m2,
- •Patient giving a written consent for the study.
排除标准
- •Children (less than 18 years)
- •Patients with diagnosed with obesity due to secondary cause as primary hypothyroidism, cushingâ??s syndrome, or any syndromic obesity.
- •Patients with chronic kidney disease with eGFR less than 30ml per min
- •Patients on Warfarin, acitrom, or any vitamin K antagonists.
- •Patients presenting with obesity for bariatric surgery.
- •Pregnant women and women who gave birth within 3 months.
- •Non consenting adults.
