patients who agree to participate in the study; specialist diagnosis of non- alcoholic fatty liver disease; men and women 20 to 50 years old (premenopausal women); patients with BMI= 30; no alcohol use. Exclusion criteria: diagnosis of other diseases, including liver disease, biliary disease, autoimmune disease, malignancies and endocrine disease; use of medicines which influence body weight, including central nervous system drugs, thyroid drugs, diuretics and drugs affecting the selective reuptake of serotonin and also certain weight loss drugs such as orlistat and herbal medicines for weight loss.

Name Time Method Fatty liver grade. Timepoint: at the beggining and after end of intervention. Method of measurement: liver sonography.;AST and ALT. Timepoint: at the beggining and after end of intervention. Method of measurement: blood sample.
