Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) aged 18 to 60 years old, 2\) HIV positive; 3\) Normal Intelligence Quotient; 4\) Lack of acute physical illnesses and 5\) No history of taking psychiatric drugs during the 6\-month period before test.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Drop out reasons; 2\) the absence of participants in more than two training session; 3\) the occurrence of any unexpected events during the intervention; 4\) Unwillingness to continue the study.
