- •Patients with greater than 20 teeth present.
- •Patients with no other systemic diseases and had not received any periodontal treatment in past six months.

- •Systemic diseases that increases cortisol levels.
- •Patients who were on anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in past six months.
- •Pregnancy and Lactating women.
- •Diseases related to immune system.
