- •2. Patients with grade III obesity i.e . BMI = 35 kg / m²

- •1. pregnancy
- •2. Current or recent previous history of use of cortisone preparations ( inhalants , topical , tablets, injections)
- •3. Shift work
- •4. Acute infection
- •5. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and heart failure
- •6. chewing tobacco consume
- •7. taking phenytoin, barbiturates , loperamide, opioids
