Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed case of carpal tunnel syndrome and willingness to participate in the study and comply with treatment and follow up
Exclusion Criteria
Existence of disorders such as hypothyroidism,diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis
Cervical radiculopathy,polyneuropathy,peripheral nerve lesion in upper limb
Steroid injection with in 12 weeks or carpal tunnel surgery
Pregnant women
Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase deficiency
Thrombocytopenia,hyperthyroidism
Treatment with Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors
