Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the American College of rheumatology:
(1) Knee pain on most days in the past month;
(2) Bouncing sound during joint movement;
(3) Knee stiffness < 30 minutes;
(4) Age > 38;
(5) Knee joint bone fat with bouncing sound;
(6) Bone fat without bouncing.
Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed when the patient has (1) pain, accompanied by (2), (3), (4), (2), (3), (5) or (6).
(1) Unable to cooperate with the assessment;
(2) Allergic to the drugs used;
(3) Emergency treatment is needed in case of emergency;
(4) Age = 38 years;
(5) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
(6) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
