Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with ocular burn injury were selected who were present in the factory on the day of examination.

2. Ocular burn injuries within 5 days were selected.

3. According to Roper-Hall classification from Grade I to Grade IV patients are included in this study.

4. In cases where both eyes were involved, the eye with severe involvement was included.

5. Ocular burn by chemical and thermal both were included in this study.

6. In cases where both eyes were involved, the eye with severe involvement was included.

7. Patients who are willing to sign the inform consent

Exclusion Criteria

1. Generalised burn patients had excluded.

2. Pregnant females,

3. Patients with other systemic disorders were excluded.

4. Patients with ge ,18 years were excluded

5. Visual acuity worse thann 6/60 in other eye

6. Known allergy to medications

7. No Light Perception in the affected eye

8. Any associated Mechanical Injury in the affected eye.

9. patients having burn injury more than 1 week from the day of examination

10. Patients not willing to sign the inform consent.
