入选标准
- •1.Subjects presenting with the signs and symptoms of Janusandhigatavata will be selected of both genders irrespective of caste, religion and locality.
- •2.Subjects between the age group of 30-70 years
- •3.Radiologic changes in knee x-ray(Kellgrens Lawrence index Grade1 and Grade2)
- •4.Subjects fit for Matrabasti
- •5.Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent
排除标准
- •1. H/O mono arthritis/ poly arthritis other than knee OA such as gouty arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis and Traumatic cases like fracture.
- •2. Any unstable cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension ( >160/100 mm Hg) and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (blood sugar fasting >160 mg/dL).
- •3. History of HIV, HbSAg.
- •4. Pregnant woman and lactating mother.
