- •2.Pain and swelling on forearm.
- •3.On examination, presence of irregularity of the forearm bones.
- •4.History of trauma or radiological evidence of fracture.

- •1.Open fracture forearm.
- •2.Known case of DM.
- •3.Pregnant women.
- •4.Patients with other Systemic illness, which interferes with the course of treatment.
