Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Known allergy to propofol
- •\- Severe cerebral pathology
- •\- Ketamine administration
- •\- Nitrous Oxide administration
- •\- Successful performed locoregional block prior to surgery
- •\- BMI \> 35 for female patients
- •\- BMI \> 42 for male patients
- •\- Obstetric anaesthesia
- •\- Critical Illness
- •\- Mitochondrial disease
