简要总结

This randomized controlled comparative study aims to compare the effects of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization DNS and Segmental Stabilization on isometric strength, balance, and power in overhead athletes with Upper Cross Syndrome. Overhead athletes are prone to postural imbalances and shoulder dysfunction due to repetitive overhead activities, leading to reduced performance and increased injury risk. Thirty athletes will be randomly allocated into three groups DNS, Segmental Stabilization, and a control group receiving stretching only, with interventions given for six weeks. Outcomes will be assessed using isometric strength testing, the Upper Quarter Y Balance Test, and the Seated Medicine Ball Throw Test. The study seeks to identify the more effective rehabilitation approach to improve shoulder function, postural control, and performance in overhead athletes with Upper Cross Syndrome.
