简要总结

This study evaluates the effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises on individuals with shoulder impingement syndrome. DNS focuses on improving motor control, posture, and scapular stability by retraining deep stabilizer muscles. Sixty participants will be divided into two groups: one receiving DNS-based rehabilitation and the other conventional therapy. Outcome measures include muscle activity, proprioception, and pain. The study aims to compare the effectiveness of DNS in reducing shoulder pain, correcting posture, and improving muscle coordination compared to standard physiotherapy.
