Title Effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization  and DNS with Neuro-Visual Integration Therapy NVIT on Physical Performance in Football Players  A Randomized Controlled Trial

Study Design: Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization DNS alone versus DNS combined with Neuro-Visual Integration Therapy  NVIT in enhancing physical performance Agility  balance endurance reaction time coordination and cognition in football players aged 18 to 30 years

Study Population 36 football players male and female) from various football clubs in Belagavi, with at least one year of training experience, aged 18 to 30 years, and no musculoskeletal injuries or neurological cardiovascular conditions in the past 6 months.

Methodology Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups DNS alone and DNS with NVIT using a lottery method The intervention will consist of 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Pre and post intervention assessments will include:

McGill’s Torso Muscular Endurance Test Battery core endurance Illinois Agility Test agility Ruler Drop Test reaction time Stroop Test cognitive function Outcome Measures Improvements in agility, balance, core endurance, reaction time, coordination, and cognition will be compared between groups

Setting: Football clubs in Belagavi, Karnataka

Inclusion Criteria

Football players aged 18 to 30 years Minimum 1 year of training experience Willing to participate Exclusion Criteria:

Musculoskeletal injuries in the last 6 months Diagnosed neurological or cardiovascular conditions Ethical Considerations: Ethical clearance will be obtained from KAHER Institutional Committee. The study will be registered with the Clinical Trials Registry, India (CTRI). Informed consent will be obtained from all participants.

Expected Outcomes: The study aims to provide evidence-based recommendations for integrating DNS and NVIT into football training to enhance performance and reduce injury risk, potentially revolutionizing training methodologies.

入选标准

  • Participants who are willing to participate Participants of all gender will be included within the age group 18-30 will be included in the study Participants with atleast with minimum 1 year of training experience in football.

排除标准

  • Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participation in last 6 months.
  • Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
