入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients aged between 25-50 years of age.
- •2. Patients with at least 15 natural teeth remaining.
- •3. Patients suffering from chronic periodontitis (>= 5mm pocket Depth or >= 3mm loss of attachment) were selected.
- •4 .History of smoking.
- •Former smoker-An adult who has smoked at least 100 cigarettes in
- •his life time but since one year has not smoked . Smoker-An adult who
- •has smoked 100 cigarettes in his lifetime but who currently smokes
- •cigarettes every day or on some days.
- •Nonsmoker- No habit of smoking.
排除标准
- •1.Chronic systemic pathology, such as diabetes, other endocrine
- •Pathologies, hematological pathologies.
- •2.Subjects on antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 6
- •3.Subjects who underwent professional cleaning/ periodontal
- •Treatment within the last 6 months or diagnosed with aggressive
- •Periodontitis.
