入选标准
- •1.Moderate to severe periodontitis with haemoglobin level below reference value(13-18g/dl)
- •2.Male patients age between 35-55yrs
- •3.At least 20 teeth
排除标准
- •1.Self reported intake of vitamins and iron supplementation or any anti-inflammatory or antimicrobial drug with in previous 3month
- •2.Acute or chronic medical conditions including diabetes or viral, fungal or bacterial infections
- •3.Smokers or smokeless tobacco or betel nut and betel quid consumers, alcohol consumers
- •4.Chronic kidney disease and worm infestation
- •5.Past periodontal treatment
- •6.Recent history of trauma or tooth extraction with excessive blood loss
