- •American society of anaesthesiology grade 1 and 2
- •age group 18-65years
- •patient who will be posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •patient with anticipated difficult intubation
- •requiring more than 15 seconds for intubation requiring more than one attempt at laryngoscopy
- •patient on medication such as calcium channel blockers
- •pregnant woman
