- •Cholesterol levels above 200
- •Having a mobile phone and the ability to read text messages
- •Minimum age 30 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •People with cardiovascular disease, diabetes and high blood pressure
- •Taking Statin medications
- •already get training before the start of the study
