Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Children and Adolescents (up to 18 years)
- •with TMJ ankylosis
- •2\.Difficult intubation and limited/no mouth opening
- •( \<1\.5cm)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Lack of consent
- •2\. Planned awake intubation
- •3\. Severe retrognathia with features of upper airway obstruction during sleep
