- •18yrs or older,Patients on Invasive Mechanical Ventilatory support with initial Spontaneous Breathing Trial failure
Exclusion Criteria
- •Tracheostomized patients, Pregnant patients, Patients transferred in from other hospitals and not having information regarding Spontaneous Breathing Trial, Patients on Do\-not\-reintubate, Refusal of consent
