入选标准
- •Patients with pain in the neck for at least 15 days.
- •Restricted cervical range of motion without complicating pathology.
- •Grade 1 & 3 according to Task Force on neck pain and its associated disorders.
- •Non-discogenic pain, stiffness, muscle tension, headache and migraine and without referred pain to the upper limb.
- •Neck disability index score of less than 20%
排除标准
- •Specific neck pain (myelopathy with weakness, numbness, sensory loss, cervical disc prolapse, cervical spine stenosis)
- •Previous neck and upper limb surgery
- •History of cervical trauma like whiplash or fracture
- •Frequent migraine
- •Cervicogenic headache/dizziness/vertigo
