入排标准

入选标准

  • Patients with pain in the neck for at least 15 days.
  • Restricted cervical range of motion without complicating pathology.
  • Grade 1 & 3 according to Task Force on neck pain and its associated disorders.
  • Non-discogenic pain, stiffness, muscle tension, headache and migraine and without referred pain to the upper limb.
  • Neck disability index score of less than 20%

排除标准

  • Specific neck pain (myelopathy with weakness, numbness, sensory loss, cervical disc prolapse, cervical spine stenosis)
  • Previous neck and upper limb surgery
  • History of cervical trauma like whiplash or fracture
  • Frequent migraine
  • Cervicogenic headache/dizziness/vertigo
