Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients must be older than 18 and underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy with lymph node dissection
  • regardless of the diagnose.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Resection other than lobectomy: wedge, bilobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Segmentectomy or thoracotomy approach.
  • Revisions within first 24 hours postoperative.
  • Air leakage after 24 hours.
