Inclusion Criteria
Patients must be older than 18 and underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy with lymph node dissection
regardless of the diagnose.
Exclusion Criteria
Resection other than lobectomy: wedge, bilobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Segmentectomy or thoracotomy approach.
Revisions within first 24 hours postoperative.
Air leakage after 24 hours.

Name Time Method It is assumed that the chest tube can me removed as soon as the daily pleural fluid production under 5ml/kgKG.<br>Primary Outcome is drainage removal- the days with the chest tube.
