The desire to participate in the study; Burning Grade must be 2 or 3 degree that is medium or deep ;Burn percentage between 10% to 65%; Not to be in sepsis condition; The cause of burning is not suicide ; The lack of mental and physical chronic diseases; Patient has not the history of using of antidepressants, anti psychotics and mood stabilizers; To be able to communication and speaking; Aged between 20 and 60 years; To be able to reading and writing; The score of self-concept is too weak to moderate; Have a negative score of body image; Patient has not the history of previous burn that leads to scar; Patient has not the history of take part in educational courses related to spirituality.
Exclusion criteria: Mental illness in each of steps; Sepsis during study; Patient recovers significantly during the intervention, so that the scar has completely disappears; If the patient has missed more than one meeting; If the patient refuse to participate in the study and collaboration with researcher; Death / Immigration of patient before the intervention has been completed.
