Inclusion Criteria
1. The intensity of shoulder pain on either side is more than 2 points on a numeric rating scale.
2. Shoulder mobility restriction in any direction
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any structural problems on shoulder joint, e.g. rotator cuff tear and glenohumeral arthritis.
2. History of shoulder fracture or surgery.
3. Systemic neuromuscular disease.
4. Pregnancy.
