- •1. The intensity of shoulder pain on either side is more than 2 points on a numeric rating scale.
- •2. Shoulder mobility restriction in any direction
排除标准
- •1. Any structural problems on shoulder joint, e.g. rotator cuff tear and glenohumeral arthritis.
- •2. History of shoulder fracture or surgery.
- •3. Systemic neuromuscular disease.
- •4. Pregnancy.
