Inclusion Criteria

Pain in the external epicondyle with local tenderness
Positive one of cozen's or middle finger extention tests
History of lateral conservative treatment of epicondylitis and failure to respond to treatment

Exclusion Criteria

History of lateral elbow surgery
Patients with chronic regional pain syndrome Inflammatory arthritis or autoimmune diseases
Patients with lateral collateral ligament rupture
Patients with a history of elbow and forearm fractures
