- •Pain in the external epicondyle with local tenderness
- •Positive one of cozen's or middle finger extention tests
- •History of lateral conservative treatment of epicondylitis and failure to respond to treatment
排除标准
- •History of lateral elbow surgery
- •Patients with chronic regional pain syndrome Inflammatory arthritis or autoimmune diseases
- •Patients with lateral collateral ligament rupture
- •Patients with a history of elbow and forearm fractures
