Inclusion Criteria
Patients who need an elective operation with an endotracheal tube under general anesthesia
Age =18 years
ASA Classifikation 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
missing informed consent
rapid sequence induction
oral/pharyngeal/laryngeal masses
symtomatic gastro-esophageal reflux desease
severely limited range of motion of head and neck
severe coronary artery desease
severe pulmonary desease
vocal cord dysfunction
pregnancy
