- elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery
- age >18 year
- ASA 1-2
Exclusion Criteria
- history of difficult intubation
- expected difficult intubation
- unexpected difficult intubation
- N2O use for maintain general anesthesia
- history of upper airway surgery
- increase intraabdominal pressure
- change from laparoscopic surgery to open surgery
