Inclusion Criteria
patients undergoing general anaesthesia with
1. Age: 18 â?? 60 years
2. BMI: 18.5 â?? 29.9 Kg/m2
3. ASA physical status I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patients undergoing surgery in any position other than supine Patients with laryngeal disease or surgery
Higher risk of pulmonary aspiration
Inability to measure cuff pressure
Contraindication to nitrous oxide as an inhalational anaesthetic
