Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)ASA I or II
- •2\)Scheduled for surgery of hand or forearm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient refusal
- •2\)Neuromuscular disease
- •3\)Previous history of surgery of periclavicular region
- •4\)Body mass index (BMI) more than 35
- •5\)Intra\-operative conversion to general anesthesia (GA) / inadequate or failed block
- •6\)Pregnant and lactating mothers
- •7\)Known bleeding diathesis or with any coagulation abnormalities.
- •8\)Allergy to local anesthetics
- •9\)Patients with acute or chronic pulmonary dysfunction
