Inclusion Criteria

Patients diagnosed with Avabahuka of either gender.

Patients within the age group of 20 to 70 years.

Patients fit for Nasya karma, & Taila Dhara as per the texts.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients of shoulder joint dislocation / fracture or have the history for the same.

Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

Patients suffering from major systemic illness eg IHD RA GOUT SLE Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus uncontrolled Hypothyrodism uncontrolled Hypertension.

Malignant and Immune - compromised patients (AIDS).

Patients having history of Ligament tear will be excluded from the study.
