(1) Patient having signs and symptoms of
Pakshaghata fulfilling diagnostic criteria.
(2) Patients who are Yogya for Virechana Karma
and Basti Karma.
(3) Mild to moderate hypertensive shall be
considered. (Antihypertensive,
Anticoagulant, Antidiabetic Medicines will
be continued.)
(4) Chronicity limits upto 1 year
(1)Patients who are Ayogya for Virechana Karma
and Basti Karma.
(2)Uncontrol hypertension.
(3)Patients of Intracranial infection.
(4)Degenerative lesions.
(5)Intracranial space occupying lesions and
trauma.
(6)Patients with altered sensorium
(7)Chronicity limits more than 1year.
