1. Patients with all forms of Amlapitta who are
clinically fit to undergo Virechana and
Vamana.
2. Patient presenting with pratyatm lakshan of
Amlapitta like Utklesha (Nausea), Hriddaha
(Heart Burn), Kanthadaha (Burning sensation
in throat), Amlodgara (Acid eruption), Vanti
(Vomiting), Udara shoola (Pain in abdomen)
with and without other pratyatm lakshan like
Aruchi Adhmana etc.
3. Patients of either sex between 18-60 year
ages.
1. Patients below 18 year and above 60 years of
ages.
2. Patients who are clinically unfit for
Vamana and Virechana karma.
3. Subject suffering from acute
gastrointestinal disorders like:
a) Peptic ulcer
b) Duodenal ulcer
c) Pancreatic and hepatic disease
d) Motility disorder
e) Inflammatory bowel disease
4. Lactating and pregnant women
5. Any other severe complicating systemic
illness
6. Patients who are not willing to be included
in the study.
