1. Patient having BMI more than 25 kg per meter square.
2. Patients who have completed active married life of minimum 1 year duration and suffering from Infertility with 2 and more consecutive Anovulatory Cycle.
3. Both Primary and Secondary Infertile Patients having Anovulatory Cycle or with Immature Ovarian Follicle.
4. Patient Eligible and Willing for Udvartana and Virechana Karma.
5. Patient Willing To Participate In Trial
1. Female Patients having age less than 20 years and more than 40 years.
2. Patient with Infectious Disease of the Reproductive Tract like Tuberculosis and Sexually Transmitted Disease.
3. Organic Lesions of the Reproductive Tract like Carcinoma and Congenital Deformity.
4. Patients with history of Cardiac Diseases, Uncontrolled Diabetes ( RBS more than 200 mg/dl) and Hypertension (Systolic BP more than 160 and Diastolic more than 100 mmHg) and Tuberculosis.
5. Patient with Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.
6. Patient not eligible and willing for Udvartana and Virechna Karma.
