Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are fit for Virechana karma with Madhyama kostha.
Patients diagnosed as Metabolic Syndrome characterized by:
Central obesity defined as waist circumference >= 90 cm for men and >= 80cm for women or Obesity ranges from class I and II i.e. BMI from 30-39.9 kg/m2
Fasting blood sugar ranges from 100-180 mg/dl without any medications.
Raised triglycerides ranges from150mg/dl - 499 mg/dl
Exclusion Criteria
Patients present with Type 1 diabetes, Gestational diabetes, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus patients, uncontrolled hypertension and Cardio Vascular Diseases.
