Those willing to participate in the study.
Those with or without Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension.
Those with mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress.
Those with or without the habit of tobacco and alcohol consumption.
Those who can write, read and understand the English.
Those with history of practicing Yoga regularly (at least once a week for one month or more) in the last 1 year.
Those who will not be able to practice the given yoga module.
Those with severe psychiatric or neurological diseases or any other serious medical illness
that prevents practice of the given yoga program.
Those with high to severe anxiety, depression or stress.
Those with clinically diagnosed dependence on substances other than tobacco.
