Exclusion Criteria

1. History of treatment of OSAS 2. Patients who needs to treat immediately 3. With central sleep apnea dominance (CAHI>5) 4. With insomnia or hypersomnia not relate to OSAS 5. Using sedatives, 6. With pulmonary (asthma, COPD etc.) or mental disease which needs to treat 7. Unable to fit MAD 8. With coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease 9. On hemodialysis 10. Patients who are judged unsuitable to participate in the study by the attending physician
