1) Patients willing and able to participate in study.
2) Patients who have not participated in any other research project since last 6 months.
3) Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Amavata as mentioned in classics.
4)All patients fulfilling American Criteria of Rheumatoid Arthritis (2010).
5) Patients of either sex aged between 20-70 years.
6) Patients of Amavata having chronicity <=5 years.
7) Patients of Rheumatoid Arthritis having controlled hypertension and diabetes.
8)If any patient is on corticosteroids or any other drug then thesis drug will start after tapering and withdrawal of drug.
1) Patients not willing for trial.
2) Patients having gross disability in performing daily normal routine i.e bedridden patients or confined to wheelchair.
3) Patients with comorbidities such as Gouty Arthritis,Syphilitic Arthritis etc
4) Patients with poorly controlled Hypertension ( >160/100 mmHg)
5) Patients with poorly controlled Diabetes Mallitus(BSL fasting >130 mg/do,Post Prandial >250mg/dl)
6) Patients with evidence of maliganacy.
7) Patients who currently participated in any other clinical trial.
8) Patients contraindicated for Basti as mentioned in Samhitas.
9)Any other condition which researcher think may jeopardize the study.
10) Pregnant or lactating females.
