Real-time contrast-enhanced sonography of renal transplant recipients accurately predicts chronic allograft nephropathy
- Conditions
- Chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) represents the main cause of renal allograft loss after 1 yr of transplantation. The trial shall find a way for early diagnostics.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Main Objective: Real-time contrast enhanced sonography can assess microvascular tissue perfusion using gas-filled microbubbles. The study shall evaluate the feasibility of RT-CES in detecting chronic allograft nephropathy in comparison to colour Doppler ultrasonography.;Secondary Objective: ;Primary end point(s): to evaluate the feasibility of RT-CES in detecting chronic allograft nephropathy in comparison to colour Doppler ultrasonography
