Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
- •Age between 18\-28 years.
- •Known case of Dysmenorrhea for 4 consecutive cycles.
- •Subjects with regular menstrual cycles.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known case of Secondary Dysmenorrhea.
- •Subjects on hormonal therapy.
- •Subjects who are not willing to do Yoga.
