入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Permanent mandibular molar teeth
- •2. Negative response to pulp sensibility test (cold and electric pulp test)
- •3. Radiographic evidence of periapical radiolucency on intraoral periapical radiograph (PAI Score>=3)
- •4. Teeth exhibiting either healthy periodontium, mild, moderate, severe chronic periodontitis (generalised)
排除标准
- •1. Patients with systemic diseases which could impairing the healing
- •2. Patients with habit of smoking, bruxism
- •3. Presence of crack/ subgingival caries/ radiographic evidence of apical root resorption and non-restorable teeth
- •4. Teeth with Combined endo-perio lesion with communication ( <2mm of radioopaque bone between periodontal destruction and periapical lesion)
- •5. History of recent periodontal therapy (within previous 6 months)
- •6. A positive history of antibiotic use within the past month
- •7. Teeth with Grade III mobility
