Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects are 15\-17 years old
  • •No systemic disease
  • •Permanent dentition
  • •No use of antibiotic within 2 week ago
  • •No orthodontic treatment

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Uncooperative for oral examination
  • •Mixed dentition
  • •Periodontal treatment within 6 months ago
