Inclusion Criteria
All females >18 years of age with Genuine Stress Incontinence will be included. They should have normal platelet count.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Urge incontinence
2.Urinary tract infection
3.Thrombocytopenia
4.Anti-coagulant users
